We’re excited to announce our 2026 STMA Lacrosse programs for boys and girls of all ages! Whether your child is brand new to the game or looking to advance their skills, we offer programs designed to keep players learning, growing, and having fun.
Season Dates: February 2 – April 2, 2026
Location: STMA Dome
Practice Times: 1-hour sessions, typically 6–7 PM or 7–8 PM
Our high-energy Box Lacrosse program introduces and develops core skills for boys in the 10U–14U age groups. Box lacrosse is played indoors on a smaller field, giving players more touches, faster gameplay, and improved stick skills—all excellent preparation for spring lacrosse.
Season Dates: February 2 – April 2, 2026
Location: STMA Dome
Practice Times: 1-hour sessions, typically 6–7 PM or 7–8 PM
The Sixes format brings nonstop action and scoring opportunities to the 14U girls’ program. With fewer players on the field, participants will enjoy faster-paced play and plenty of touches before the regular spring season begins.
Season Dates: February – March 2026
Location: STMA Dome
Format: 4 sessions, 30 minutes each
Our Recreation Program is perfect for kids ages 8 and under who are brand new to lacrosse. Over four short, fun sessions, players will learn the fundamentals—scooping, passing, catching, and shooting—through age-appropriate drills and games.
Sessions are led by the STMA High School Boys and Girls teams, giving young athletes a chance to learn directly from experienced players and role models in the community.
Season Dates: March 30 – June 11, 2026
Practice Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Practice Length: 1–1.5 hours (varies by age group)
Location: STMA Fields
Additional Details: Includes the State Tournament at the end of the season.
Our spring season is the heart of STMA Lacrosse. Players from 5U to 14U will practice twice a week, participate in games, and compete in the season-ending state tournament. The focus is on skill development, teamwork, and building a lifelong love for the game.
